Stonefield Cellars Winery opened its tasting room doors in March 2006 in the small town of Stokesdale, NC. The founders’ common love of wine and farming provided the foundation for the creation of a winery that provides a wide variety of high-quality, award-winning wines (dry white, dry red, semi-sweet, and sweet wine offerings) in a relaxed, rural setting.
Stonefield Cellars specializes in wine-making education (taught by a Ph.D. Oenologist) and Event Management (the winery is available for private party rental such as weddings, corporate meetings, birthdays, etc.). The beautifully landscaped gardens, patio, and amphitheater, along with the indoor spaces of the winery’s Tasting Room and Barrel Room, all provide an inviting and relaxed environment in which to share the wine experience. Stonefield Cellars has become one of the most awarded, respected, and beloved wineries in North Carolina.
